Do you have a go-to gift for birthday parties?

When your kids go to a birthday party, do you have a "go-to" gift? Do you tend to buy the same thing, time and time again for others' birthdays? So share, what do you like to get?

We like to buy games. Our fave used to be the Let's Go Fishing game. But our new one is Cariboo. I have bought three of them in the last month as gifts!

 

We got THIS BOOK Called Gallop and it's REALLY COOL!!! It will likely become a go to for me!!!

 

we do alot of pjs and slippers, for the big kids and little ones

Oh, my niece has that book and it is so cool!

I started buying THESE wonderful pop up books by Matthew Reinhart. They are amazing! My kids have Cinderella, Dinosaurs and Alice in Wonderland. I just ordered 4 for bday gifts this week!

 

Clothing. For older kids I get something they will be excited about like a Spiderman T shirt or a soccer jersey. For smaller kids who don't know the dif I get something the mom would like. I also get art supplies. I usually use the 40% off coupon at Michael's Crafts for those.

 

I tend to give puzzles and books. I do love Cariboo and I might give that as a gift next time I need it. I actually got it for Ryan & Sofia because you said Ben & Hannah really liked it.

 

Usually for the girls we get art supplies sometimes dress up. For the boys it is legos or transformers.

I just bought some of those from Melissa's recommendation for a birthday party we are going to next month!
