Do CS 1.6 builds work well with CS:GO skins on Core i2?

I have a Core i2 laptop and to be honest, the CS:GO game I want to play from time to time is glitchy. As an alternative, I found the Counter-Strike 1.6 build and additional weapon skins at https://all-cs.ru/cs16/sborki/csgo-skins and I also saw the CS 1.6 NextGen build, which has very cool skins for the AK-47 “Red Line”, which also has an improved high-resolution scope and 27 glove skins in addition.

 

Guys, has anyone played the CS 1.6 NextGen build on a Core i2, did it run smoothly and without any glitches or lag? I've also seen in some streams skins with hand tattoos like NAKAMI's, maybe you know where they are on this site or what they are called?
