like when she is in sitting position?
I would bet it is nothing to worry about, she is probably just learning how to move/sway?
I say if you are really worried about it give the pedi a quick call though....

Mine bounce more than anything. Just randomly bounce... I doubt the rocking thing is anything to worry about!

I bet it is nothing to worry about. When my boys are in the highchair they move their heads side to side. They look like the roxbury brothers. The Saterday Night live skit!! I want to start singing,"What is Love, Baby Don't Hurt Me"!!!!!

Sofie does this too, she rocks back and forth whenever she is sitting. I always sing the weeble wobbles song.
Trying to feed her in her highchair when she is doing this sucks though I always think I am going to get food in her eye!

She is probably just testing out her balance, but if it seems odd or concerning to you, talk to your pedi about it. Mine do this, but they are dancing and swaying to music!

Nicholas just recently started doing this too. I'm not worried, as one of the little girls(12 mths) in music class does the same thing. I believe it's them testing their balance, etc...

Totally normal part of development -- I wouldn't worry about it.

Mine both do it, although before it was one more than the other. We always call them "Rain Man", LOL. Like Cohlee, it really sucks when they do it in their high chair! I sometimes have to HOLD their forehead back against the seat to feed them!
