I can't believe my little peanuts are now wearing size 3 diapers. That means that I can no longer buy Pampers swaddlers since those only go up to size 2-3. We've been using pampers since they were in NB size (we used huggies for preemie) and love them. They are a little more, but with coupons its not too bad. Plus for my kids they leak less than other brands I've tried (huggies, kirkland, target brand, BRU brand).

I've tried both pampers baby dry and cruisers, but they feel so papery compared to swaddlers. I only used a couple of the baby dry before I went out and bought a package of cruisers. Ew. I don't know if its just me, but the smell of the baby dry is gross... especially after they poop. Baby powder poop. Ick! I doubt Target will take back an open package of diapers, but I can't use them. Ug.

I haven't tried Luvs or BJ's wholesale brand, but maybe those are better. Anyone find a less papery diaper out there? DH and I considered doing cloth, so maybe we should re-consider that too. I don't know.

We too did the whole Pampers line but I could not find anything else out there that did not leak or give mine a rash. So I dont have any alternatives but just to say we stuck with the Cruisers and mine seem fine in them.

my girls can still wear the 2-3 swaddlers and I do not know what we will do when they out grow them! I do not know why Pampers doesn't just make swaddler diapers all the way to the largest size -make them "cruisers" but with the swaddler feel!

I am actually preferring Luvs over Pampers. Luvs are so much cheaper and have a leakguard guarantee on them. We also use Huggies and I like those (buy only when I have coupons though)

This doesn't really help you, but we switched to cloth at about 6 weeks and I am SO glad we did. I absolutely love my cloth diapers!!!! If you're inclined, check into them-- they are definitely much softer, healthier, better for the environment (not trying to get on a soapbox-- just pointing out some great benefits beyond the softness) and really quite easy to care for. I just wish I had done it from the beginning. :)

We use Baby Dry now...I know what you are saying about the Swaddlers..they were AMAZING!
I cannot stand the Cruisers because they leave this residue on their bums - like cotton. I do like the Baby Dry, though.

We have been a Pampers family too and I like the Cruisers. I thought they weren't as papery as the Baby Dry.

I love the pampers baby dry. I thought they were really soft. I never really liked the swaddlers except when they were tiny babies. Luvs are really soft too. We use them at night right now but I think I may try the huggies overnights. The luvs were working really great at night but we have started to leak a little. The pampers baby dry definitly do not hold all the peepee at night.

After swagglers we did pampers because I thouight they were softer than huggies. THe pampers gave my boys a rash though so we were forced into huggies! I eneded up really liking them! We also have always done huggies overnights at night!
