discharge- tmi

idont go to the doc again til monday, but is thicker sorta stringyish discharge just a normal part of pregnancy towards the end?

 

Sounds like it's prorbably normal. I had LOT of discharge during my twin pregnancy (defintiely MORE than with my singleton)...I was constantly wearing some kind of pad.

 

I was told increasing discharge is normal toward the end. If it is a color or smells funny I would call as this could indicate a bladder infection. Clear is not usually an indicator of anything but if you are really worried it is always better to call.

I have thick whitish discharge with no odor or itching this time. Ugh soooo not fun.

 

If it has suddenly changed or gotten more "profuse" (sorry, couldn't think of a better word!), you might want to call your doctor, just to be safe.
