I have been feeling movements for a couple of weeks already, but I cant tell the difference from a or B, all the movement i feel is much lower down. I was wondering if anyone could tell the diff. between specific twin movement yet?

I haven't been able to tell which twin is moving where either. All I know is from my u/s that baby A is transverse and baby b is breech. I feel like as long as I feel some movement (and it's gotten much stronger lately) I know that they are doing well.

They move so much I can never tell. I do know that my daughter (A) is lower (transverse) and seems to move all the time, My son (B) is higher up and is pretty mellow only kicks about sometimes. So when I feel those kicks on the sides I think that she's moving about or it's her arms or something. But I am not sure.

I can tell which one is moving. Just because Baby A is low and has been on my left side. He is a little more mellow and is more active at night. Baby B is high on my right side, into my rib cage. He is very active and moves pretty much all day long. They have VERY different personalities that shine through on my u/s.

I can usually tell. Like Jenn I have a high active baby on the right side, up in my ribs, and a low nighttime baby on the left. Sometimes somebody will kick square in the middle though, and then I have no clue who's doing it.

I really can't tell the difference between the babies. As long as I feel movement, I know they are fine. I do feel it in different spots...they have been very active the past week. They've probably switched positions a couple of times on me!

I also started feeling them at about 18 weeks and I still can't tell who's who. I sometimes feel lots of movement up top and then all of a sudden, some movement way down low...

It was much easier to tell which was which earlier on. Now there's pretty much no more room left.

My peeps move around so much that I've given up on trying to figure it out. For a while I thought I had it figured out but no more. Just during their ultrasound today, "A" moved from low and vertex to high, and then underneath his brother...pushing them both to almost transverse. Really made things interesting for the poor u/s tech!

I think it's safe to say that I won't be banking on their final positions until I'm being wheeled into l&d or the o/r.

I'm 12 weeks, this is my second pregnancy, haven't gained any weight (becuz of morning sickness lost 10-15lbs), but you can see a baby bump and i Feel all kinds of movement down there. I think it may be all the blood going to the uterus, just surging, but other times I swear i feel them move.

I can usually tell who is moving. Baby A is camped out on my right side. She's been breech for months and she kicks me looooow. Baby B is the mover. She's been breech, transverse, head down, etc... She tends to kick me in the ribs over Baby A's head. I'm a little worried that Baby A hasn't changed positions since 20 weeks, but the doctors are happy with her heartrate and everything. I don't know that I could really tell them apart until about 28 weeks.

Mine have always been on distinct sides.. left and right, so I can usually tell who's moving unless it's either at the top or bottom.. they do so much punching and kicking.. it's like a little war is going on in there

No way. Mine shift positions constantly, so there's no telling who is who.

My OB told me that most of the time it's hard to tell the difference between movements

I can tell baby a's kicks when they are low. Baby a is up and down on my left and b is transverse under my ribs. I hardly ever can tell that it is baby b and not just a.

The doctor keeps telling me once you can tell the difference it's important to keep track. I'm thinking if I can't tell the difference when they are this small how will I ever know when they get bigger and are more wrapped around each other?
