Just wondering if any of your kids liked/disliked the Fisher Price Bounce and Spin Zebra? I am considering it for a x-mas present and would like some input.

    Thanks!

I personally never got one but know a few moms who got it for their kids and they LOVED it!

Yes, ours really like it, and have for several months now. I'm not sure how much longer it will hold their interest, though - so hopefully you'll get some input from those with older kids to know if it will be worth it for you.

ETA: Okay, I just looked at your tickers again and realized that your twins are only 7 months old - in that case, definitely they'll get a lot of use out of it!! They will need to be pretty steady walkers before they'll really be able to go for it on the zebra, so they may not get into it right away, but it won't be long.

We got theirs when they turned one and they loved it so much. I would say around 18-20 months they rarely used it anymore. That may be though because they got tired of it.

At our twin group play group there are two of the zebras and they get very little play time. It seems the playhouse, slide, and the Fisher price door way gets more play. If it was the kids only toy it my get used but some of the more versitile toys might be better.

We bought it for our girls when they were 10 months old. They LOVED it and it was one of their favourite toys for a long time. They are almost 2 and do play with it once in awhile. Actually, just yesterday they were taking turns on it and giggling. Well worth it in my opinion.

My girls got it for 1st B-day and loved it for about a year...they used it the second year a bit less and now it is not used at all. BUT I see alot on Craigslist for less than 20$ so that would be a good option- and resell when you are done!

My girls loved it! They even fought over it occasionally! They are now 2, and they'll still get on it and play. I definitely recommend it!

Ours wasn't a huge hit, but I did see a commercial today for the updated version. It has a video game built in that connects to your TV. It is a pony instead of a zebra.

We have one and they didn't use it. I think it's because we got it late (as a gift) at about 2 years old. I think a younger baby would love it.

DS likes it now as an obstacle he can try to scale in a leap.

We had 2 for the girls when they first came out. It was a total bummer. My girls played on them about 15 times. I sold one at a garage sale last year and kept one for C. She has sat it on maybe 5 times.

Mine like it a lot more since they've learned how to mount it. Before there was back and forth whining for mama to put them up there. But now they get on and if one wants on he just knocks the other down. Terrible I know but they work it out and I don't usually have to intervene much :D . And mine are very passionate about their music and dancing and the song the zebra plays is definitely one that gets them grooving (and also gets them falling off cause they're throwing their hands in the air and waving them like they just don't care).

my sister got it for my girls last christmas, right after they turned 1. They loved it then and still love it now. I remember the first time they were able to clime on th emselves. They were SO proud of themselves, they would just get on and of, on and off, on and off.. They still use it all the time.

Mine each got one for their 1st birthday and LOVED them! If one got on, the other one would almost always get on hers too. We just got rid of them a month ago and even though they didn't use them near as much anymore, they still did play with them at 2 1/2. In fact, they didn't really get the spinning part until a little over 2, so then, that was cool to them.

Mine have used it a fair amount and still do, but I'd think twice about getting it if you (like us) have a fairly small play space. They mostly seem to use it now to show off their balance by climbing up and standing on the saddle, no hands. Ugh. It's would have been totally worth it if I'd bought it used, but I wouldn't pay full price if I had to do it over.

Mine loved theirs! They had it at about 1 year (maybe just a bit over) and only had it about 7-8 months because their big brother got carried away and busted it. :( So if you have a crazy rowdy kid, it might not last long. lol

They liked it for a little bit but stopped using it about 16 months old.

My girls love thiers. I just took it out of the play room, even though they were still playing with it occasionally, over the summer. We have two rocking horses and that Butterscotch horse (I hate it, totally creeps me out. They love they stupid thing.) They still ask for the the zebra on occasion. We got a solid 18 months out of it.
