Did Their Personalities Stick?

Just curious, did your babies personalities reflect what you saw in ultrasounds while you were pregnant? I'm kinda worried. I'm 6 mths prego and my little girl constantly beats on my little boy. Today we saw her in ultrasound and she would grab his foot and kick him repeatedly in the head! Baby A is the boy, and he is extra low - assuming he's trying to get away from her ? ? ? He seems to be sooo much more passive. Is this any precursor to who they will be after their born? Is she always gonna be a bully? Silly to worry about this, but still do :blbl:

I don't know if their womb personalities stick or not, because around here it did and it didn't. :p My dd was very "quiet" in the womb, it took a couple of zaps at the nonstress thing to get her moving..now she is a firecracker. My ds was always moving about and he still is! :icon_biggrin:

So far, I would say their behavior in the womb is reflective outside. DD was always hard to find, quiet, didn't move, and DS was always moving! He is now the very fussy one! DD is a little more on the sweet and quiet side. But I wouldn't put too much weight in it. If it makes you feel any better, I'm still not sure DS knows DD exists quite yet!

When my babies were in the womb, we nicknamed them Ghengis and Kubla because I got so sick and they kicked sooo much. I could feel them smacking each other CONSTANTLY. I referred to their heartbeats as "wardrums." Well, when they were born, it turned out they were adorable little girls, and not sword wielding Mongol warlords. :D Chances are he just got the short end of the womb stick and when he comes out he'll be able to stick up for himself just fine :)

Brookie was my wild child in the womb, she took up most of the room while Madison just hung out in this one small area at the bottom left side the entire pregnancy. Now Madison is the wild child and such a bully sometimes and Brooke is the sweet one who gets her feelings hurt so easily

Ours Stuck. Baby A is way easier (she was the easy baby to get u/s pics of) she still moves a lot, but she is just the easier one. Baby B was the one who always kicked Baby A in the head, she was the one who wouldn't move when they wanted her too - and would when they wanted her to be still. She is still our harder baby!

It seems almost opposite for us. Our DD who had most of the room was the one who was always seen beating up on her sister. Our DD who was taking the beating was very low and I think she was evicted early (I delivered at 30 weeks). Their personalities outside of the womb...DD who was "in control" in the womb is very laid back and passive, but, at the same time, she gets bored and would love to be mobile to explore. Our other DD is actually very high strung...she is definitely our little firecracker...but, she loves to cuddle! They have very definite personalities...very different personalities! It's so much fun:)

Ours stuck too. Jake was always in motion, Emma was the quiet one. Jake is my high-maintenance baby, and Emma is laid-back.

So far, it is true. Mia took up all the room and was VERY active. She now appears to be a confident, outgoing baby. Jacob is active now, but gets REALLY annoyed at Mia when she is in his space. I think it is because he is sick of her being in his way and it goes back to the womb!!!

I would say my grand-daughters stuck. The more active in the womb is now the high maintenance princess. The quiet one is pretty laid back and takes whatever comes. She is willing to chill and let her sis be taken care of first.

For us I would say yes. Kevin took all the room up in the womb, Patrick stopped growing because of it! Now Kevin is much smaller but he is the wirey one and he can be very tough and rumble! Patrick is a big boy but he is a cuddle bug.

Yes! We used to joke that Melissa was in there beating Jade up and Jade was just "taking it" and sure enough, that's so their personalities.
