Did DLST affect your little one's sleep at night?

Let me preface by saying that our little ones are not sleeping extremely long stretches at night, although they were improving. Our dd was waking mostly 2 but sometimes 1 time per night and our ds 3 times a night. Well, recently they have been waking every hour and a half and nothing has soothed them back to sleep with the exception of nursing. I like to blame the recent day light savings time change [IMG]Is anyone else experiencing this? THANKS!!

My babies are sleeping an hour later since the time change, no night wakings. My guess is that they are going through a growth spurt, it usually happens in the 4th month. [IMG]

Yikes! Sounds like you need a hug and a good night's sleep! [IMG]

We are off on our daily schedule by about 30 minutes. That means that they wake up about 1/2 hour later than normal and we put them down about 1/2 hour later. Hopefully we'll have this all corrected in a week. They aren't waking up during the night and they haven't really fussed much either with the daylight.

I am so surprised at the boys ... Sunday night they went down at 8:45 (which would have been 7:45, and normally they were going down around 830) and woke for the day at 8 (normally 7), and yesterday they went down at 8:30 and woke at 7:00, so they have stayed right on track somehow. Makes me wonder if the time change hadn't happened if they would be going down at 7:30 instead, but I'm so happy it didn't screw them up too much.

And the night before they slept for almost 6 hours straight and last night they slept for 5.5 hours straight!!! Whippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! But after that long stretch it's a crapshoot, they'll wake up on a whim all over the place.

Since the switch it seems ours are having longer stretches at least so far. Last night they went down between 8-9 tried earlier but that did not work and they did not get up until 3am and than again at 7am. I am hoping this is the start of something gooooood fingers crossed anyways.

my babies are sleeping better!!! DS was waking up 1-2 times at night and didn't wake at all sunday night! Although, he did cut his 1st tooth and rolled over from back to belly and back again on sunday so I don't know if it's just coincidence or if he's not in pain anymore.
They both go down about 7 and are asleep by 7:30pm and I have had to wake them both at 7am the last two days...I was half tempted to let them sleep but I have such a good routine going and don't want to ruin it!

My girls are sleeping great. I put them down at 6pm would of been 5pm and they are sleeping until 7am. They have gained an hr of sleep, plus they are having better naps too. I'm so enjoying it, I have very well rested children, now. [IMG] YAY! I LOVE DLST!

    Same.

First morning the twins slept til about 7 and my oldest closest to 8. Now my oldest wakes up at 7 again (7 to 7) and my twin girl sleeps 6 to 6 again (through the night). My twin boy still wakes once around 3 am, as usual.
