Any tips??? How do you do it? I've been lucky because usually when I'm home with the girls so is dh so if there is a poop incident he changes the diapper but this isn't always the case. If I have to change it I choke, gag, heave, it's a mess.
Any advise? how do you do it? I don't like the discomfort and hate that the girls look at me wondering what's wrong.
    HELP!

I had the same problem first trimester and then it went away, but yesterday I had it happen again. I dry heave like crazy. Sorry I don't have any advise. But I just wanted you to know that you weren't alone!

I was potty training at the time and we had many many poop accidents. I would hold my breath as long as I could and then breath through my mouth. I was vomiting 5 times a day for the first 12 weeks so I know how you feel.
    That's my only advice!

Thanks for your posts. so it's not just me.
Yes, some of the baby food will do that as well. Luckily they eat at day care so that only leaves dinner and weekends at home and dh usually will help out.
Glad to hear that most likely it'll pass by the end of the first trimester.
