diapers for overnight

We use Pampers for daytime and Huggies Overnights for overnight and lately ds has been leaking. We went up a size but it is still happening. Any suggestions?

 

Hmmmm...I was going to suggest what you have aready tried. There are diaper liners out there, I believe they are called diaper doublers or something like that. I have seen them at Stop and Shop (I notice you are from L.I. and I have seen S&S there). Maybe that would help!

 

We've been using diaper doubles. We get ours from BRU. Here Huggies overnighs are $12 for a pack of 30 and the doublers are only $3 for 30. Work like a charm for us.

 

I use regular Huggies during the day (boxes from Costco) or Target, and Pampers (Baby Dry or Cruisers) during the night. My oldest was sleeping 13 hours straight in a Cruiser and never leaked. My twins don't leak either with the Pampers but will in the Huggies. Both are size 4.

I've noticed that Huggies Supremes are much thicker than the overnights, and they are so much softer feeling.

 

I had better luck with Pampers larger size at night than Huggies. Heck, I have better luck with generic at night than Huggies.

 

We are having the same problem with our ds only/no leakage w/ our dd, I notice that it is worse when he drinks a ton at bedtime but how do you not give him formula? I have just changed to the larger size diaper and it seems to work, I have even joked with my dh saying that I am going to put two diapers on him. I'm sure someone out there has out of pure frustration. I hate to have to change the crib sheets, what a pain that is! I now use the sheet saver things that saves alot of time in the am. I have asked our toys r us about liners or different diapers for night time, and they look at me like I have two heads, I knew there was something out there, Who makes them?

 

3 nights in a row and no one leaked, yay!! For overnights we went up a size with the Pampers Cruisers and used a diaper doubler and it did the trick. Thanks ladies!!

 

Yay! =) We use whatever during the day and Pampers Baby Dry at night. He leaks out of everything but Pampers at night.

 

I've never had leaks with Huggies Supreme unless it was time to bump up a size!
