I use the largest ones I can find at walmart or kmart. Right now I am using a winnie the pooh one that holds a ton!

I use a regular adult sized backpack, there is all kinds of room and it has shoulder straps so I can wear it and hold 2 babies. The price can't be beat either - $14.99

Jenny - I feel like I am following you.

I use a backpack, too, and love how much I can fit into it.

The skip hop duo double is a perfect size. I used to carry two bags until I got this one.

I got this Land's End Diaper bag backpack at the suggestion of some FY gals and I love it! I'll be using it for years and the best part is that the compartments are the perfect size:

big one for nursing blankie/sling and extra outfits
    medium for changing pad/diapers/wipes etc
    small for bottles/toys/whatever,
    tiny for my wallet/keys.

I bought mine at Land's End and love the BACKPACK version so your hands are free. You should check out their website.

I have an amy coe from target - it's brown faux leather and stylish enough that my non-mommy friends covet it. the best thing i think is that it's soft, so it conforms to whatever i fill it with. That said it's just big enough for dipes, wipes, bibs, exra outfits, blankets, burp cloths, snacks (for mommy) etc. I also have a fleurville mothership that i got for very cheap n craigslist, but i think the amy coe holds more. Best thng about the fleurville is the carabiner clip build in so you can clip your keys and not have to rifle through the whole bag, trying to remember where yo put the darn keys!

But there are great outside pockets on the amy coe and at $29 it's a pretty good deal. I've been resisiting a backpack but think i may have to go there...

I got the eddie bauer backpack diaper bag from bru and I really like it. I would really like to find a diaper bag that has seperate compartments for everything. I hate it when the blankets, burp rags, extra clothes get all wadded up together.

I have the Eddie Bauer shoulder bag and love it. I also have the mini version matching it and with three kids that is the food/formula/snack bag and everything else goes in to the big bag.

Thanks for posting this because I need a new and bigger 1, too! I loved my winnie the pooh 1 but it got ruined, over use. And then I was using this black 1 I got when I had the twins from the hospital and Trent broke the strap off and ripped the side of the bag.

The best bag for me has been a HUGE duffel bag from Target (Reebok or something like that?) with a bunch of outside zippered pockets. It works better than any other diaper bag for us, and was only about $12! :)

I have the ultimate diaper bag from pottery barn kids and it is a pretty good size. I am actually downsizing to a smaller bag for shorter trips.

I have this one from toys r us. I love it. It doesnt look like a diaper bag and Dave has no problem carring it. It is big enough to fit burp rags, a couple outfits, toys and lots of diapers. It has lots of compartments which is nice. I looked all over untill I found one I was happy with.
