Mine didn't have a bottle holder- just deep pockets and those worked fine for holding bottles.

I don't think it needs a bottle holder, I always kept the lids on the bottles & put them in pockets.

I have to give a huge thumbs up though to the Skip Hop Duo Double diaper bag....well worth the money & holds EVERYTHING!!!!

I'll second this! I was able to put 6-8 bottles in it plus all the diapers/wipes/formula containers for when we spent the day watching DH do triathlons. Now it fits all my toddler stuff and is wonderful!!! Worth every single penny!

I got great review on Baby Bjorn diaper bag form my friend and I bought one for myself.
it is discountinued and you can buy it only from ebay or craiglist but I like it it does has bottle holder inside and pocket to organize all babies needs and I read one review from twins mom she said that it is great for twins.

this is the ebay post with good pictures.

I bought a Coach Diaper bag and used it as a diaper bag/purse combo. I just couldn't keep track of a diaper bag and purse. It had a pocket on each end of the bag on the outside which help two baby bottles and now two sippy cups. I found two Hello Kitty bottle cozies that fit inside the pocket and kept the bottles cool.

The bag had many compartments which made it very easy to separate baby items and mommy's things! It also came with a "diaper changing pad". The bag had a multi use function as a laptop bag and the pad was perfect for on the go changes. A well worth investment as I used it daily and still use it now when we travel and it still looks brand new.

Petunia Picklebottom makes some really cool diaper bags. I have one that is fairly large, 20 X 15, and it comes with several pockets and a detachable changing pad. You can search Ebay, Craigslist, or just google it and find some pretty good deals.
