Dh came through for me

I always vent about dh so I figured I'd let you know when he did a good thing too. Last night after a stressful night with ds and each other (I was almost ready to end our marriage) and with us thinking the dishwasher was broken, the sweet man I married returned and did a good deed. Like I said the dishwasher did not work properly for a cycle, so it backed up my bottle making/bottle washing system. I make all bottles and food dishes at night for the next day and then as the day goes on, everything soaks in the sink. Then at night, I make all the bottles and food dishes from what is clean in the dishwasher and load and run it with what was in the sink. So I was stressing when I realized that I would have a sinkful of bottles/baby dishes today and only 6 premade bottles. I knew it would be tough but I'd work it out. And that it might take a few days for me to catch up with everything. So this morning I came down with the babies and the dishwasher had been emptied and refilled and the sink was empty. I was so surprised and happy that I almost cried. Anyway, I just wanted to share. Have a great day!

Funny how now days such simple things can make us happy! What a great way to start the day.

 

Sounds like your husband is ready to take over bottle duty for the rest of the babies' first year...
