Dealers that also offer financing help

Last time I went shopping for a car, I thought the hardest part would be choosing the model, but actually the real stress was arranging financing afterward. I had to run between the dealer and my bank, and it stretched the process over several days. I’m curious if there are dealers that actually handle financing right there, so you don’t have to juggle everything separately. Has anyone run into that setup before?
