DD went without a diaper, DH forgot to put it on!

    DH forgot to put DDs' diaper on the other night. I was out with DS at soccer practice and DH was bathing and getting the girls in bed. The next morning I see him putting all the bedclothes in the laundry. I thought she had peed through her diaper, but turns out DH forgot to put one on her!!!!! How on earth do you do that? Thank goodness it was just pee!

    The other morning I noticed DD's diaper was not on. DH put it on but forgot to fasten it?! She luckily stayed dry and so I put her on the potty and she went.

    :laughing: At least he had the decency to clean up afterwards! :) I've almost done it.. and there was once where the diaper fell off (went out through a leg of the pants) and we were wondering how s/he had stayed dry!

    ACTUALLY... I did it when the girls were about 4 months old. I had just started back to work and was getting them ready to go to daycare and when I got Mattie out of the car seat, she was soaked!! That is when we realized. :lol: So don't be too hard on him!

    No... I am not being hard on him at all, it is just something he will never live down! Now he can stop ragging me about the time I backed out of the garage and knocked off one of my mirrors. Oh wait, he forgot to put the car in park and the car rolled into the garage door one time, so I guess I am one up on him! :lol:

    my DH did it when the girls weren't even a month old... I went to get her early in the morning to feed and heard her fart and remember thinking "that sounded kinda wet.....' LOL Discovered later that it wasn't a fart..... and it went all over mommy's sweat pants, the blanket and even part of our couch!! Thank goodness for leather and washing machines!! LOL
