    Hello,

My DD has a rash on the outside of her vagina. There are little red dots and it looks painful. I put Balmex on it last night; however, it didn't seem to affect it. Any suggestions?

It sounds like it could be yeast, in which case you'll need an antifungal cream. I would probably take her to the pedi just to be sure! I hope it clears up soon!

I agree that it sounds like yeast. Amy & Sarah have had yeast-ish rashes so many times that we just keep Lotrimin on hand, but if she's never had it before, it would be best to have the ped look at it.
