I can find the humor in this.. But i really dont have the $ to take her to get it cut and i can not fit it myself.. So i am a little irked.. <_<

She cut her bangs so short.. She looks rediculous.. Sigh...

Oh no!! :shok: Are there any neighbors or friends you know that cut their kids bangs? It's going to be short for a while, but good thing it grows!!

My coworker and I were just talking about this very thing today. I told her that when I was 3 and my bro was 5, my mom used to babysit a little girl with long red curly hair. You know where this is going..... My brother chopped her hair off!!

Both of mine have done it, to themselves, more than once. My mantra when they do "It will grow back, it WILL grow back"

We had to keep all of the scissors in the freezer for a while (its up high and hard to get to), now they both know better, if they want a hair cut they just ask.

I went into the bathroom a couple of weeks ago and found the toilet floor and basin covered in hair then I found our oldest with a very strange hair style! I hope it grows back quickly!

She still looks cute. Hair will grow out. I'm so glad my girls have curly hair. I can't even see the spot that Dani cut her hair. Just saw the curl to know she did it.

Scoop her bangs up and barette them straight back off her face until they grow back (I do this with Jamie's hair often. I think it's a really cute look). It will show off her adorable face in the meantime. Perhaps she is a budding stylist. No more practicing for now though, right? ;)

If it makes you feel any better my DD gave herself a similar haircut the day before she was to be the flower girl in my BIL's wedding. I vote to trim them up the best you can and be glad that bangs grow fast.

I agree. Not to much more you can do. It will grow back.

This was my biggest fear with my older ds and also with the twins. My older ds never did cut his hair, but I am now i worry about the twins.
Your lil girl is so cute.

I'm beginning to think it's a little girl right of passage or something. My three girls got in and did it together last year. Ugh! I took them to the hairdresser. I had her cut the worst one first, as short as she needed to make it respectable then made the other two get the same do. The worst part is that it was so much easier to care for when they were all short. My husband promised that if they do it again he will shave them bald like the boys, they know he will do it...I think clips would look cute. Best wishes.
