I am wondering how this is going to go being that their birthday party Sunday (the day they will want everything early) as well. How do you adjust the babies to adding in that extra hour? I am bracing myself for a difficult time with this and everything going on that day and if it is easy, then I will welcome it with open arms.

I don't adjust. I just jump right in. Regardless of what time they get up Sunday, 1pm will be nap time and 8 pm bedtime.

Well, mine have kind of drifted on their own to 8:00am wake, 8:00pm bed, when they were 7:00-7:00 previously. I would really like to get them back to 7:00, so I'll take advantage of "Fall Back" and if they wake at their usual time, it will really be 7:00 by the newly adjusted time, and it should fall into place. Last year, we had something going on that weekend and everything was all thrown off anyway, so I got them back to their usual schedule that Monday. I wouldn't worry too much since they will probably get thrown off by their b-day party.

We just do everything at the usual time (by the clock). Things are usually sort of variable within an hour anyway, so it really didn't make that much difference.

That is what I do too. I've never adjusted. Although I am planning for an early wake up Sunday morning, but other than that, the routine will stay the same.
