Cutest word, ever!

    Jack and LIly are 14 months and do not really say too many words. Lily is far ahead of Jack with ball, dog, duck, that, and mama and dada. I guess they are a little behind in this area. Today; however, Lily said the best word yet. BLUEBERRY. They love blueberries and I had left the carton of blueberries out on the counter after grocery shopping today. I was holding Lily and she started reaching for them and said "blerry". It was precious. She said it in that little soft, high pitched tenative voice they use sometimes. Well, I left the carton out and gave her some and she kept saying blerry, blerry! By the time DH got home it was more like BLERRY!

    We melted!

    Oh, too cute! :wub: I love hearing them talk!

    In my house, "blueberry" sounds exactly like "poopy." :lol:

    That is so sweet! I LOVE to hear new words... especially the really exceptional/unique ones. I don't think I could ever remember all of the amazing things they are saying and doing... and that part makes me sad. But I LOVE all of the developmental stuff going on at this age.

    That's cute! We don't eat blueberrys but I have to say my favorite word will always be Jammies b/c when Bethany finally said it it came out Pammies and she would shout it at the top of her lungs.

    Awww, how sweet. I just love their little voices when they are first learning to talk. They make my heart melt all the time!
