Cute things DH's say

Last night, my DH put his hands on my belly where each of the babies are and said, "I can't wait for you to come out and play with me!" It was just so darn cute!! And made me think of what a fun father he'll be. He did a lot of babysitting during his bachelor days, and had a habit of having so much fun with the kids that he would get them all wound up. And then he'd leave them with their mom and dad, hehe.

Anyway, what are some of the cute things that your DH has said during your pregnancy?

 

That is so sweet! :wub: Honestly I know my DH said many cute things, but it's been awhile and I don't remember what they are right now. :blush: But he is the best Daddy!

 

One of the things that DH does that makes me smile is every night he'll kiss my belly and say, "I love my babies!" Then he kisses me and will add, "All three!" :wub:

Also, even though he's felt it several times now, every time he feels one of the babies moving his eyes just light up like you wouldn't believe and he gets this huge grin on his face. He's so excited to be a daddy. I know he'll be just amazing with them when they are here.

 

I like when my DH posts pictures on his FaceBook page and adds captions like, "My girls and my boys" (me and DD being the girls and the twins being the boys, of course). He always gives them credit when my belly is in a photo.

 

Like someone else said, my dh just lights up when he feels the babies move, or when he watches my stomach. He is just so excited! I could watch him all day just drool over these two boys! When he goes to work, he'll kiss the left side of my stomach, the right side of my stomach-and each time he'll say, "I love you. I love you." And then he'll kiss me and say, "And I love you!"

But the cutest I thought was what he did last night! LOL! He put his mouth to my belly and say, "OK boys. Break mommy's water!" :rotflmbo:

He's just soooo excited he can't wait for them to arrive! I'll be 36 weeks on Thursday!

 

my DH always says things like, "hi, girls!" or, "are you girls ready to go?" he kisses each side of my belly and tells each girl he loves them. thursday morning when we came home from the hospital, we were sitting on the sofa and he put his face to my belly and said, "girls! can you come out soon? mommy and daddy want to see you!" we've been to the hospital three times now in the last week cuz of contractions,and each time we get ready to go, he is SO excited, i think he's going to leave without me! then when the nurses check me and see that my cervix hasn't changed and they send us home, he looks SO devastated... poor guy! and just this morning he said, "everyone is so excited for these babies to come... but i'm the MOST excited for our babies to come!" :wub:

 

Ok, so we all know my ex-fiance/exBF/what do I call him - is a mongrel cheater, but he does exactly what u guys have been saying, kisses each side of my belly. Says, 'love you three babies' lol
My favorite thing he has said was when he was trying to feel them kick. 'Kick your Mum if you love your Dad' he would say. LOL. It was so funny. Pity he is such a jerk.

 

DH went and bought a book of children's stories and reads to them at night. He tells them he loves them and can't wait until he can hold them and read to them :wub: .

 

About a week after we found out we were pregnant with twins, my dh said, I love them already !

 

My DF has called me "newt" forever...its his nickname for me.... He started calling the boys patooties and would call me all the time and say "I miss my newt and my patoots!" It was so cute!
He still does that, but there are so many cuter things now that the boys are here!!
