Cute thing my girls and DH did!

DH came home from work the other night and I was laying on the couch not feeling the greatest and half asleep. So, he told me to let the girls out on the back porch b/c he had a project for them. WHAT?!?!?! I had no idea what he was up to. Well, on the way home (we live a mile from the local outdoor nursery) he stopped at the nursery and bought two small flower pots and some potting soil and sunflower seeds. He took the girls out on the back porch and helped them both plant some flowers in their pots. It was so stinkin' cute! Heck, I woudlnt' have even thought of doing that, let alone daddy! I did get out there and took some pics...it was so sweet! Just thought I would share!

AWWW That is really cute! What a sweet thing for DH to do. I know my twins LOVE to plant and water flowers. Mikayla is especially good at it. Your DH is so thoughtful, I bet that put a great big smile on your face.

what a sweet idea! I have totally loved how thoughtful DH is with our boys - it's really neat to see these grown MEN act so tenderly with their kids!
