Cryptocurrency/Trading Tech Roles Singapore

    would love to find out more about the different compensation packages (TC) for cryptocurrency/trading firm tech roles in singapore because i can't exactly find the data for roles in singapore.

    so far from what i've seen...
    OKX, supernova graduate program, 0 YoE - 72-105k cash, no tokens
    Binance, front-end, ? YoE - 110k, no tokens?
    Ethlas, blockchain engineer, 0 YoE - 60k cash, 200k $XGEM tokens, 5k $ELS tokens

    what about Coinbase, Nansen, AlphaLab Capital, Amber Group, Altonomy, etc.? any information is greatly appreciated.

    A friend of mine joined a smaller trading shop here and while the cash was lower, the bonus potential made up for it. What helped me compare offers was going through different trade reviews online, since some people actually shared their pay structures alongside trading experiences. It gave me a clearer picture before deciding what was worth it beyond just the base salary.
