I've never seen any cribs designed for twins, but I know they make a crib divider that you can put in a regular crib if you want to divide them. Also I think Graco made a pack & play for twins, but I'm not sure if they still carry it.

 

I have been looking too and cannot find anything. I was told by another twin mom that she bought an oversized crib for her twins until they are old enough to where she has to purchase two. I think that is a great idea! She got her crib at Baby Depot. Hope that helps.

 

Check out this website for twin cribs and such ... there are several options on this site. All very interesting looking but I've never heard of anyone using these! One is even a "double decker"!

I don't mean to sound rude, but I don't think you need a twin-sized crib to put both babies in. We bought 2 of the same cribs and the girls shared 1 until they were 6 months without a problem, and then we moved the other crib in and separated them.
Believe it or not depending on how big your twins are, there was tons of room with both babies in 1, and the only reason we separated them was we didn't want them to become to used to being together all the time. Just my opinion, good luck! p

 

That double decker crib was seriously creepy to me! I didn't know such a thing existed. It looked like it was a sleeping compartment on a train or something. The things they invent!

 

I found one on Ebay and it was so expensive but cute.
