I just got the Cozy Crib II crib tent and have had them less than a week and just noticed that one of them is getting a little hole near the zipper (in the netting). Anyone else have this problem?

I'm not sure if it's a little finger that's causing the problem or if it was just defective. I think I may recall the netting looking a little 'weak', i.e. the hole in the net looked odd shaped just a few days after installation.

I hate to go throught the hassle of sending it back since the thought of taking it off is frightening!

How have the CCII's been holding up for you all?

    Thanks,
    Daniele

Ours have been on since the first of the year and no issues. I don't think they put their fingers through the netting, though (too busy working at taking off their clothes...)

I put mine up and within days Caroline had created a huge hole in the netting (because nothing stops that girl [IMG]). I am currently holding the hole together with duct tape, which she is now trying to peel off. It's frustrating!

I'd return it. Beau is a persistent and destructive little guy and it took him a good 6 mos before making a hole.

Mine started to rip at the zippers, but it was due to them jumping around A LOT in the crib. The little fingers started to make holes after about 3 months. I just put them in beds last week, because Matthew pretty much destroyed his.

Same thing happened to us. A little hole in the netting near the zipper. I noticed a few days after DS started to use it. I'm guessing he made the hole, and it really hasn't gotten any bigger since, thank goodness.

Jade's done a pretty good job on hers -- tears on two sides. It took her a little while though, and we don't call her "The Destructor" for nothing. I think I'd return it.

Both of ours had holes within a few weeks too! I think the mesh is way to soft also.

We have a small hole on what used to be Lauren's crib (they took it upon themselves to switch beds about a week ago and haven’t turned back!)..it's where it connects to the front rail...but it didn’t appear until we had been using it for probably 10 months. I would also return the one you have since it's way to new to have a hole.

Both of mine tore and I called the company. It took many tries to get through but they sent me two new nets and then I sent back the torn nets.
