I am always checking out different places like this for interesting offers. I happened to find an ad yestereday for a double jogging stroller & checked it out. It was for an instep 10k ultimate double, supposed to be a $300 stroller for $75. Ok, so I had the woman send me some photos & explaination as to why she was selling it, I always ask. Turns out, the woman had a set of twins & then 10 months later had another baby. The stroller was used for those months & then put away. It is in excellent shape. I am so happy to find such a deal. I wasn't really looking to buy one but figured that kind of deal won't come again so I got it. I had to share my experience because it was so simple. I will be checking Craigslist again soon! Have you ever sold anything there? I will have to give it a try too!

That's a great deal! I'm surprised she wasn't asking for more.

I haven't bought anything on Craigslist yet because I always decide (before even contacting the seller) that it's too much of a pain to drive somewhere to pick something up. But I have seen some great deals there! They just started a site just for Boulder (we used to be part of the metro Denver site), so that should help with the issue of things being too far away, too.

I did almost buy a single jogger once -- but DH was very reluctant to spend the money on something I would only use when one girl was home sick from daycare, so I didn't get it. It was a great price though -- $50 for a $150 stroller.

I actually just completed my first craigslist sale last Sunday - a piece of cake! I sold a double jogging stroller (in great condition). The buyer was a super nice mom of "Irish" twins.

I've sold quite a few things on Craigslist, and bought a couple, like when the babies were very small we bought a Baby Bjorn for $15 and it was in perfect condition!

I have sold baby clothes, my double jogging stroller, snap-n-go stroller and infant seats. I find it to be easy and great since there are no shipping charges, etc... [IMG]

I check our craigslist a few times each week. I am looking for some outdoor toys (playhouse, teeter-toter, etc.) Always see some good bargins.
