Crafts for 18 month olds

I am looking for some crafty things for the twinnies to do. Besides coloring and playing with stickers. I know there is finger paint and stuff but I was looking for more than that. What have you done for this age? Thanks for the ideas in advance!

 

I go outside and let mine use sidewalk chalk. I'm not very crafty.

 

I've got nothing, but am interested in hearing ideas too.

play doh!!

 

I just bought a book, Toddler's Busy Book or something like that. When I get a chance to look at it, I can let you know what's all in there! Supposedly it's filled with 'crafty' things to do with toddlers.

We also color, play with stickers, & do side walk chalk. They do the full out craft stuff at daycare (that involves paint, glue, glitter, etc...the messy stuff I can't handle). I'm going to try PlayDoh this weekend since I have a craft idea in my head. If it turns out, I'll let you know!

 

At 18 months we started using glue and would glue flowers on paper and then color. The girls also like glitter (such girlie girls). Its messy, but they love it. Finger paint is fun, side walk chalk, stickers, stamps, etc. We recently started with play doh so I don't know if your are too young for that or I just waited for no reason. Another messy project is using spoons and finger to decorate sugar cookies. I'm going to attempt this this weekend for some spring cookies.
