Yesterday I had my glucose test....failed it....DARN IT. But I kinda figured I would. I felt really horrible after I drank the sugar drink and have been feeling kinda wierd lately anyways. I have my three hour test Friday so I will know more then. I don't know if flunking the test means I have diabetes or not. They didn't do this test when I was pregnant the first time around.

This morning.....I saw my OB....I gained 2 lbs this month YAY!!!!!!! I gained it all the last two weeks from bedrest. I am 29 weeks and measuring 35..WOO HOO! Lat time I was 25 weeks measuring 25 weeks. This is a HUGE victory for me.

I had my ultrasound today also and although I haven't gotten the results back from the doctor, the sonographer and I went over the numbers. Baby A who was not doing well is now 2 lbs and 10 oz. her brother is 2lbs and 14 oz. They both gained quite a bit over the last few weeks. They were 2 lbs. last time. Baby A is still measuring small, but I will find out from my doctor what he thinks.

Position wise Baby B (Markus flipped over) He and his sister were both head down. Now he is breach and has his butt in her face. Last ultrasound he was kicking his sister in the head. I guess sis told him to move over. I don't think she wanted him quite like he is though. LOL

Is it normal for babies to be flipping at 29 weeks?

ALSO MY FAVE PART, MARKUS FEET ARE 2 INCHES LONG!!!!!!!! His feet were so huge the sonographer measured. We were cracking up.

MORE UPDATES WHEN I DO MY THREE HOUR TEST AND AFTER THE DOCTOR CALLS WITH THE "OFFICIAL" ULTRASOUND RESULTS.

I am sorry that the glucose test did not go well but I am glad the OB/US appointment went well for you and the babies. I hope you have better luck with the 3 hour test!

I'm glad to hear you had such a good appt- good luck with the 3 hour GTT- I know a lot of women fail the 1 hour, but pass the 3... I'm also glad to hear that your girl seems to be catching up with size and weight- that's great news!!
As far as them flipping- my Baby B has been transverse for the entire pregnancy. I'm having u/s weekly and each time I go in, he has managed to flip from one side of my belly to the other. I don't know when they stop flipping because it seems like they wouldn't have any room to move, but they manage somehow! Good luck!

Mine just flipped again at 30 weeks - I don't know how they find room! My peri says they usually settle into a position, but I guess they can still flip if they want to!
