Countdown begins!

I just got back from my OB and an ultrasound.. Baby A is refusing to budge, so we booked a c-section. So we're all set for June 2nd at noon.. which feels way too far away right at the moment, but I am sure will come up very fast. I have to take a c-section "class" and get all my bloodwork done again, and I guess worry about surgery for the next 3 weeks! At least I'll have something to do while I am awake at all hours of the night.

Babies are 4 lbs 9 oz and 4 lbs 11 oz right now and are doing all the things they're supposed to do! I am happy that it looks like they'll make the 5 lb mark for sure.

 

:lol: My c-section date just got moved to June 1st so I'm on the same count down as you.

 

It will go by quicker than you think! Good luck with everything and who knows, maybe Baby A will still flip for you.

Can't wait to read about the birth of your baby boys in just four weeks.

I am so uncomfortable right now, but that's mainly because I lost my balance and took a fall yesturday. As if it wasn't painful enough to haul around 10 1/2 lbs of baby, I've added a pulled groin muscle to the mix. I'm mostly freaking out at the thought of these boys being here soon. I had a slight scare last night and spent a few hours in labor and delivery and all I could think is that I am so not ready yet. My OB doesn't even think I"m going to make it to June 1st. He's convinced that I'm going into labor somewhere btw 36 and 37 weeks based on how big the boys are, how big I'm measuring, and the fact that baby A is head down and really really low. I am still hoping I can get to June 8th. He's willing to let me move it back again once we get closer if it looks like I can keep going.

 

I'm 34 weeks and 6 days so I'm in the boat with you ladies right now. The C/S or induction (babies keep changing position on me) is for June 3rd-ish. I want them out right now, so I can feel normal but I'm sooo not ready like most of you have said. I just wanted to say hi from the 3 more weeks boat! HUGS ALL AROUND.... I've never been so umcomfortable in all my life!

Man, the boat is crowded with all these big bellies on here Are any of you tired of mothers of singletons telling you how hard the last few weeks are? I am like... you don't know the half of it, sister.. I mean that... you had half the amount of baby in there!
