Costume Ideas

My Mom bought the girls a costume and I'm not sure if I like them - She bought them Hershey Kisses costumes - 1 is silver and 1 is gold. What do you guys think - should I just let them wear those or look for something else?

What is everyone dressing their toddlers up as this year??

I think I'm going to take a half a day off of work because last year I worked the whole day and I felt really rushed. I wasn't sure how I was going to take the girls out this year because Paul had to work that night but he got the day off - so I'm pretty excited about that. I think we're going to take them out for like an hour and than come back home and pass out candy because I want to see all the cute little kids dressed up. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays!!

 

I think Hershey kiss costumes would be totally cute! My girls are going to be Elmo and Cookie Monster.

I took the day off (but I have oodles of time off, benefit of a lot of seniority). I'm going to take them by my MIL's house so she can see them, then take them to DH's office. Then he'll probably take them out on our block trick or treating while I pass out candy.

I really lucked out this year. Sam is a teenager~he thinks it is lame to dress up. So I guess I lucked out there too.

I am only working a 1/2 day as traffic is HORRIBLE on Halloween around here! Plus I like you, do not want to feel rushed!

 

I think that is adorable! Keep the costumes for sure!

This year, the kids chose their costumes. Ben will be a pirate and Hannah will be Cinderella. My hopes of a theme for this Halloween were dashed early on.

I have to work this year, so I am bummed. But I will be home by 3pm, so it shouldn't be too bad.

I think that's so cute!! I actually was looking for silver & gold (for Hershey's kisses & hugs) but I couldn't find the gold one.

So, instead ds is going to be a dragon & dd is a princess.

 

The girls are going to be a ladybug and a bumble bee. I am hosting a playdate at my house in the morning and then our complex has a halloween party. I think we are going to take the girls around though early and then sit outside and give out candy, maybe let them play outside for a bit.
