FOr the past 2 days I have had a few contractions that are only about 30 sec. long and I usually have about 2 or 3 in a row then they stop. Is this normal since I am only 15w or should I call the dr?

that's are Braxton-Hicks contractions. You do need to let your Doc know you're having them so he/she can explain when to call if they get to be too often.
But BH contrax are relatively normal this early w/ twins. . . I was getting them @ 16 weeks w/ my twins.
Make SURE you're getting plenty of rest and more than enough water.

Drink LOTS of water. I had BH really early on too. Just make sure your not getting more than 6 an hour.

I started getting them at about 18 weeks. My Dr told me to call her if I got more than 4 in one hr. Good luck! I hope they don't get worse- mine did & I'm on meds every 4 hrs. and on bedrest since 20 weeks. Definately make sure you stay hydrated!!

Probably just BH, but you really should call your OB and have them monitored just in case. I found it was hard to maintain a balance of drinking enough water and emptying my bladdar often enough (since that is usually what caused my BH). The main thing is to monitor and take it easy!
