thank you! tomorrow is my 12 week atp so i'll update for that.

i have had a couple of dizzy spells. and the weird thing is that i had them at church while on stage in the choir. i just started feeling funny and the more i sang the more i got short of breath and the dizzier i got. it happened during practice that morning and during our service. i luckily had a wonderful lady help me off the stage during the worship service and before i blacked out. we finished or worship in the back until wroship was over. that was sooo weird tho and i have been like that ever since then. so i have to really take my breathing seriously.

Meshell.....I sing in our church choir as well, and I had major breathing issues too! There's just not as much room to get a good breath these days! I also teach voice lessons, and I'm finding it progressively difficult to breathe then too! Congrats on your 12 weeks milestone!

I have found that I can either stand with everyone or sit and sing. I can't do both. Be careful... as time goes on it can get worse. I know it is surprising to have this happen at 12 weeks, twin pregnancies are a challenge.

I am at 23 weeks and almost passed out in the grocery store the other day trying to keep up with my husband who was moving a little too fast for me. I was trying not to "be a wimp." Silly me.
