    it's been along time.... um...
    6 or 630 wake
BF every 3 hrs after that. 9, 12, 3, 6 ... hmmm. naps were 60-90 min and I would wake them up. I did solids at 6pm. cereal and veggies. 1 jar split between the 2 of them. and 1/3 cup cereal split between the 2. bedtime was 7pm? I had to do CIO so they would sleep 12 hrs. HTH

Ok we finally have a schedule...

    6:15am wake
    7:15am bottle (6oz)
    8:00am cereal with fruit
    8:45am nap
    11:00am bottle (6oz)
    12ish veggies and fruit
    1pm nap
3:15pm bottle (4oz-6oz) depends on how much they want
    5pm veggies and fruit
    5:30pm bottle (4oz)
    6pm bed time

In between we do a lot of floor time, exersaucer, sometimes we go out if the weather is good.

We have a schedule that may flex daily:

    7:30 wake up
    8:00 nurse/play
    8:30 cereal with fruit
    8:45 play
    10:00 nap
    11:00 nurse/play
    2:00 nurse/nap
    3:00 play
    4:30 cereal with veggie
    4:45 bottle
6:00 (if they can make it that long)bed

They usually sleep until 2am, then wake and eat and back to sleep and it starts all over again. Teething, growth spurts, and just plain cranky days throw it all off and all I do is nurse those days.

I do not have any sort of schedule here...just go off the cues of my girls. With them being the smallest...about the scheduling they have is when we go somewhere to pick someone up. And...I will say that I try...key word...try to get upstairs around 9ish to start to head to bed.

    10:00 nurse
    11:30 nap
    1:00 nurse
    2:30 nap
    4:00 nurse
    5:00 solids
    6:00 baths
    6:30 nurse, bed

They usually wake up around 3am to nurse.

    Our schedule at 6 months:
My girls nurse on demand, so times vary, depending if/when they had solids. We just recently introduced solids so we're still working out the new routine.

    6:30 AM - Wake/Nurse/Play
8:00 AM - Nurse down to nap (I don't always nurse at this time)
8:30 AM - 10:00 AM Naptime (sometimes they sleep to 11)
    10:00 AM - Nurse or Breakfast (avocado/sweet potato/brown rice/yogurt) / Play
    12p.m. - 1:30 PM - Naptime
    1:30 - Nurse/Play
    3:30 - Naptime
    4:30 - Nurse or Dinner (avocado/sweet potato/brown rice/yogurt)/Play
5:00 - Wind down time (stroller walk)
    5:45 - Bath
    6:00 - Nurse
    6:30 - Bedtime

One sleeps through the night. The other wakes around 10PM about 4 nights a week to nurse, then sleeps through.

    900am nurse then nap
    1030/1100pm wake/nurse
    1130-1230pm go out
    100pm nurse then nap
    200/300 wake then nurse
300-500 go out or stay and play
430/5ishpm may take a third nap while out or home
    500 nurse
    600pm solids (i.e. vegetable)
    630/700 read/bath/prayers

The boys are just a few days shy of 6 months. To me it's helpful to see the schedules sort of split into the parts of the day: morning, afternoon, evening:

5:30-6am Wake, nurse, place back in cribs
    7:30 Wake and play
    8:30 Nurse, cereal & banana
    9:30-11:00 Nap

    11:00 Nurse
11:30-1:30pm Go out (visit friends, mall, park etc.)
    2:00 Nurse and nap
4:00 "the witching hour" stroller or car ride

    5:00 Nurse and solids (veg)
6:00 Play with dh and bath
    6:30 Bottle
    7:00 Bed

We are at 6.5 months and this is what a "typical" day usually is:

    645-7:00 Wake
    7:00ish Nurse
    Playtime
8:00 Cereal and a Fruit (sometimes just fruit)
Playtime (usually in the exersaucer and jumperoo)
    9:00 Nap
    10:00ish Wake
    10:30 Nurse
    Playtime
    12:00ish Nap
    1:30 Nurse
    Playtime or an Outing
    3:30ish short nap
    4:30 Nurse
Going to do a second solid after this, a veggie
Sometimes go to the park after the nursing/solids and lay on a blanket with toys, nice way to end the day
6:00 or 6:15 Tubtime (bath, lotion, jammies)
Nurse and in bed by 645-7:00

Usually wake once around 130-230 to nurse, then back to sleep.

Sometimes they start to wake around 6:00 but I try not to get them out of the crib until around 650 or so ... but then there are times that they decide 5:45 is a great time to start the day. I just wing it every day!!! Thier morning nap is "typically" the longest, about an hour, and the other 2 naps can be anything from 20 minutes to an hour, but are usually about a half-hour or so. They also get a about 3 ounces of 1/2 juice and 1/2 water every day or every other day, the doc said it helps with constipation.

This is just a rough estimate:

    ~4-5am night waking, BF
6-7am awake, BF, put back down to sleep if fussy
8-8:30 wake whichever is still sleeping, BF
    9:30-10 morning nap
    11:30-noon BF, solids
    1-2pm afternoon nap
3-4 BF, try to keep them from waking older DC
5-6 sometimes an extra nap, time to be out of the house, usually another time to BF
6:30-8:30 nighttime bottle, down for the night

Although I do not have a by the clock schedule, the routine is: they wake up, I change diaper, nurse them, let them play till they start to fuss, then put them down to sleep. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. I have them in different bedrooms and don't force them to stay on the same schedule. With an older child, it doesn't benefit me as much to keep their sleep times the same. My life is actually easier when they're "off" from each other.
