I found that my kiddos routine tends to me more like 4 mons. IT is probably because they are 6 weeks early. THanks for posting moms!

~8-8:30am-wake up (various a LOT every day!) & breastfeed, then play]
    ~10am (2 hrs after wake)-nap
    ~1pm-wake up, feed, & play
    ~3pm-nap
    ~4:30pm- wake up, feed, play
    6:30pm- bathtime
7pm- stories (to big brother) while feeding
    ~8-9pm- bedtime
    ~3-4 am- wake to feed

It's not really a schedule--it changes CONSTANTLY! But the nighttime routine is always the same...mostly I just follow their cues, though. Which often means one is awake while the other is asleep!

ok, it's not really a schedule but most days work out something like this...
    5-7am play the binky game
    7am-8 oz bottle
    8am nap
    9am play
    10am 7oz bottle
    cat nap/play
    11/12pm cereal
    1pm 7 oz bottle
    1-2 hopefully nap

    4 pm 7oz bottle
    4/6 pm play, cat nap
    6pm veggies and cereal

usually they will sleep until 5 and then play the binky game again. all of this is of course subject to change and by the way there are 3 other children thrown into the mix!!!!

    Here's mine:

    7am-wake up, bottle, play

    11am - bottle, play
    12:30pm - down for a nap

The first part of the day is relatively the same. After the first nap, their schedule varies day by day.

    630-700 wake/nurse: both
    800-830 nurse/nap: both
930-1000 ds wakes from nap and nurses
1030-1100 dd wakes from nap and nurses

They are awake no longer than 1.5 hours. They get pretty sleepy. My dd will have an early afternoon nap around 1200, which lasts about 1-2 hours and an early evening cat nap around 330 and sleeps no later than 430ish. NOW, my ds will have three more naps, usually, although that seems to be changing. After he wakes from his first nap, he stays awake about an hour to 1.5 hours and naps for about 40 min in duration, hence the need for four naps.

Both get ready for bed around 545 and asleep for the most part between 630/700. Still wake a few times to nurse at night. I nurse on demand. They are definitely not sleeping through.

Our twins' naps vary in length from 40min - 2hrs, but they're consistently having 3 naps per day now. I bf on demand, so I'm not including feedings here:

    7am - wake
    9am-10am - nap
    10am - play
    noon-1pm - nap
    1pm-3pm - play
    3pm-4pm - nap
6ish - to bed for the night
    3am - wake to nurse

They sometimes wake more often, but the 3am bf'ing is guaranteed.

    1630-feed

    7:00 wake up/nurse/play
    9:00 nap (lasts 1-2 hours)
    11:00-12:00 wake up/nurse/play
    1:00-2:00PM nap (lasts 1-2 hours)
    3:00 - 4:30 wake up/nurse/play
5:30 - depending on when last nurse was, we nurse again and then start our bath/bed routine.
    6:00PM Bed
10:00PM-midnight (somewhere around this time we have a wake up & quick nurse then back to bed)
2:00AM - 4:00AM (somewhere around this time we usually have a second wake up with a quick nurse & then back to bed

The only thing that I can count on is a 7AM wake up and a 9:00 nap. The naps can range from an hour to 3 hours sometimes! I just let them sleep as much as they want and they don't stay on the same schedule during the day usually but then at night we get them back on the same schedule.

We always do Wake/Nurse/Play/Sleep, in that order.

Naps are definitely not a strong point so those vary a lot, but this is the definite eating schedule...

    During the week:
    6am - wake
    6:15-6:30am - eat 7 oz
7am - DH takes them to daycare
    9am - eat 7 oz
    12pm - eat 7 oz
1-2pm - I pick them up from daycare
    catnap on the way home
    3pm - eat 7 oz
    5pm - nap
    6-6:30pm - eat 7 oz
    7-7:30pm - Bath, lotion, prayers, & bed
Usually wake up once for their paci (no eating at night unless they are sick or something)

    During the weekend:
6-6:30am - wake and eat 7 oz bottle
7am - try to get them back to sleep
    8-8:30am - wake
    9am - eat 7 oz bottle
    10:30am - nap sometimes
    12pm - eat 7 oz bottle
    2pm - nap sometimes
    3pm - eat 7 oz bottle
    5pm - nap sometimes
    6-6:30pm - eat 7 oz
    7-7:30pm - Bath, lotion, prayers, & bed

My guys are 4.5 months and we are still working out a schedule, but most days go like this -

    630ish wake
    7:00 - 7:15 nurse
    playtime on the floor
8:00 naptime - they nap about an hour, sometimes more in the morning
9:15 or when they get up, change diapers and play
    10:00 nurse
    playtime
    11:00 naptime

the rest of the day depends on their naps and how long they nap, but they nurse every 3 hours. I try not to let them sleep past 430 when I can so that they go down to bed by 7 but sometimes that just doesn't work, if they wake from a nap at 330, by 530 they are fussy and crying so much and so tired I have to let them nap a bit, then bedtime is later.

6:00 or 6:15 bedtime routine, I start it depending on when they last woke up from a nap
shut blinds, turn down lights, bath, nighttime lotion, nurse, in bed usually by 7-7:30

    Wake around 2-3 to nurse

    Start all over!!!

We tried cereal for a few days when they turned 4 months and they just aren't ready for it, we aer holding off for a month or so.

    feed at 9 am cereal
    nap at 11 am
    feed at 12 pm cereal & fruit/veggie
    nap at 130-2pm
    feed 3pm bottle only
    possible catnap
    feed 5:30 - 6pm (somewhere in between) cereal & veggie/fruit
    bedtime between 7-8
Odd time they may need an extra bottle after going to bed but for the last few days they have gone straight thru the night. : )
