Compiling Data: Please post your 11 mo schedules!

    We are working towards getting some scheduling info together as a resource addition to our "sleep sticky" and would like to know what you 11 mo. olds schedules look like/looked like (roughly) Thank you!!!

    example:

    7:00 wake/bottle or bf
    8:00 cereal
    9:00 nap
    12:00 bottle
    1:00 nap
    3:00 wake
    3:30 solids


    etc. etc. you get the idea. Thank you for your participation!!

    Mine roughly looked like this:

    6:30 -7:00 wake
    7:30 Breakfast w/formula sippy
    9:30 Nap
    11:00 Wake
    11:15 Lunch w/formula sippy
    2:00 Nap
    no later than 4:00 Wake
    Snack
    5:30 Dinner w/formula sippy
    6:30 Bedtime

    8:30 breakfast
    9am nap
    10-10:30 wake
    Play
    11:30 5oz sippy or snack
    12:30 lunch
    1/1:30pm nap
    3:30pm-4pm wake
    play
    4:30-5pm 5oz sippy or snack
    6pm dinner
    7:30pm 7oz bottle
    8pm- bedtime

    Heres mine but the times vary from day to day some days start eariler some later and if were not at home we are doing only formula no milk.

    9:00 Wake Up
    9:30 Breakfast w/formula
    9:45-11:30 PLay Time
    11:30 Lunch w/ milk
    Noon Nap Time
    1:00 Wake Up
    1:30 Snack w/ milk
    1:45-400 Play Time, Reading, ect
    4:00 Nap Time
    5:00 Wake up
    5:30 Dinner w/ milk
    8:00 bath time
    8:45 Bottle w/ formula
    9:00 Bedtime

    Here we go...

    7 Am Wake and Nurse
    8 AM Breakfast
    9 AM - 11 AM Nap
    12 Lunch and Nurse
    3 Pm Snack
    3:30 -4:30 Nap
    6 PM Dinner
    7 Pm Nurse
    7:30ish Bedtime

    Well since I just went back to work this is what our schedule looks like

    545am Wake
    615am 7oz bottle
    830-930 breakfast
    10-1130am nap
    1130-1230pm play water and or fruit
    1230-130pm lunch
    130-330pm play or granparents take out for an activity
    415pm I pick them up they get to nap for 20 minutes on the ride home
    445-500pm dinner
    700-730pm bottle and bed

    6:30 wake
    6:45 bottle
    9:00 snack
    11:30 lunch, plus formula in sippy
    12-2 nap (though at daycare they usually only napped ~45 min)
    2:00 bottle, or formula in sippy (we were in transition)
    4:00 snack
    6:00 bottle
    6:30 bed, asleep by 7

    At 11 mo., this is what we were doing:

    7:30 wake up
    8:00 breakfast with sippy
    10:00 nap
    11:30/12:00 lunch with sippy
    2:00 nap
    3:30 snack with sippy
    5:00 dinner with sippy
    6:30 bed

    Josh's schedule:
    wake around 7-bottle
    goes to sleep till around 8
    go downstairs play
    eat real bfast around 8:30/9
    juice bottle
    play
    sometimes a catnap around 10 or so
    wake 11
    lunch at around 11:30/12
    milk bottle with his nap right after lunch
    sleep till around 3
    play
    milk bottle around 4
    supper around 5 or so
    juice bottle sometimes
    play
    goes to bed around 7 with milk bottle


    Abbi's schedule:
    feed at 8:30
    goes back to sleep till around 10:30/11
    eats again
    plays and do some PT
    eats again around 12:30
    goes to sleep till around 4
    eats
    does PT and plays
    try to give her some bites for supper at around 5
    PT and play time till bedtime
    eat and bedtime at 8:30
    she is tube fed so that is why her day is a little more set in stone.

    At 11 months this is what we were doing.

    7:30-wake and 6 oz. bottle
    9:00-breakfast
    9:30-11:30-nap
    11:45-lunch with juice sippy
    1:30-3:10-nap
    3:30-6 oz. bottle
    5:30-dinner with juice sippy
    7:30-6 oz. bottle and bed

    They really were not too good at the sippy cup yet and really weren't getting much juice at lunch and dinner, it was mainly practice.

    Here is what we are doing at 11 months.

    7am wake
    7:15 am bottle 8oz
    8:15 am breakfast usually waffles or pancakes
    9ish nap
    11am wake
    12:15 bottle 8oz
    1ish lunch varies depending on the day
    2pm nap
    3:30pm -4pm wake and have a snack with daddy
    5:45pm dinner again varies on what dh cooks
    6:30pm bottle 8oz
    7pm bed

    We are also on whole milk at this point.

    11 Month Schedule
    6:30 - 7AM - wake up/nurse
    8:00 AM – breakfast of dried cereal, cheese, fruit & veggie or scrambled eggs with cheese, spinach and grain or pasta with yogurt smoothie on the side
    11:00 – lunch (grain, veg, protein, fat) with yogurt smoothie or I them if they are too tired to eat
    11:30 - ? – nap (they sleep anywhere from 1-3 hours)
    12:30 – 2:00- lunch if they nursed before nap, or I nurse if they ate lunch before nap
    5:30 – dinner (same as lunch with yogurt smoothie)
    6:00- 6:30 PM – bath & nurse & bed
    If someone wakes up during the night they get a diaper change & water

    Lunch and dinner are a variety of things usually based around the adult left overs from last nights dinner, things like beans, fish, meatloaf or meatballs, veggies (asparagus or zucchini or kale), a grain, bread with avocado and butter, often a fruit, usually cheese.

    Smoothie is yogurt blended up with brewers yeast, wheat germ, flax oil, blackstrap molasses, and some cooked & blended veggies (usually kale, broccoli, and yams) plus a banana. They get as much as they want each day and usually end up drinking approx 1 cup each.

    We're not *quite* 11mo yet, but getting close! Here's our schedule:

    6:30 wake and 6oz sippy
    8:00 breakfast (toast or warm cereal with fruit, cottage cheese etc.)
    9-11 nap
    11:00 6oz sippy
    12:00 lunch (veg, fruit, cubed cheese or yogurt)
    2:00-3:30 nap
    3:30 4oz sippy and snack
    5:00 dinner (table foods, blended soups, veg or fruit)
    6:00 bath
    6:30 6oz sippy
    7:00 bed

    * We just transitioned to sippy cups, and it's going well. We got the Born Free trainers, and they're really easy for them to drink from!

    We're transitioning down to one nap because of daycare (they all nap after lunch between 12-2pm). We're also switching to all sippies this week.

    7am - wake and 7 oz formula sippy
    8am - bfast (depends on daycare - usually muffins/pancake/toast with cereal and a fruit)
    11am - 7 oz formula sippy and lunch (depends on daycare - usually a meat, veggie, and fruit)
    12-2pm - should be napping...right now we're getting about an hour nap
    1-2pm - waking and getting more fruits and veggies (hopefully when they take a longer nap, we'll just have a mid afternoon snack around 2:30pm)
    3pm - 7 oz sippy and snack (banana, crackers, goldfish, fruit/oat bar)
    4-5pm - Pick them up from daycare and they usually nap for about 30 mins or so when we get home
    5:30-6pm - dinner - whatever we're eating (meat, veggie, fruit)
    7pm - bath
    7:30pm - bed

    We just discovered Born Free after I'd been reading so much about how the chemicals in most plastics leach out into the liquid after a while. Anyway, this brand is bisphenol-A free so it's supposedly safer, and they make a great training cup that's in between a bottle and a sippy. Once the babies have got the hang of it, you can buy the more advanced sippy cup top and switch out the trainers. You can get them at whole foods markets or online. They're not cheap, but after trying a million different sippy cups, these actually WORK!

    130 bottle for nap
    305pm playtime snack

    630-700 bottle and bed

    Still working on transition to formula and drinking from sippy.
    Also eating mostly #2&3 food, but offering some type of table food at almost every meal.
