I have a question for all those researched/experianced mommies...What (or is there) a difference between the Combi 2006 twin savvy LX and the Combi 2007 twin savvy EX? I am trying to decide which to get. There is a price difference, and I'm not sure what else. The only thing that I am thinking might be different is the wheel size, but again...not sure.

    Does anyone have any input?

After comparing specs, it seems like it is just the wheel size. I can't see anything that looks different.

We have a 2005 model that we love (looks just like the 2006 and 2007 models). I would personally go for the one that is on sale...unless someone knows something that I have missed!

If you log onto babiesrus.com and lookup the combi strollers they list previous parents who have used them and their comments regarding them. This website really helped me in deciding some things to put on our registry. Good luck!!

We have the 2006 Savvy LX and love it. I think the difference is: the LX can hold a car seat on one side with an adapter and the pocket on back of canopy roll up to show a mesh window. I don't know if you have seen this site:www.combi-intl.com, you can spin the stroller around so that you can see it from all angles. Check out www.strollerdepot.com for good prices. I bought the silver breeze for $230 with free shipping which was about $70 cheaper than anywhere else.

i'm looking at the combi twin sport versus the savvy, and also looking at the peg perego. i think i am going to go with the peg perego since it has a snack tray. it just seems silly to get a stroller to use for years that doesn't have a snack tray.

The Combi Twin Savvy we have has a snack tray. The sport models, which are less expensive, I believe do not have a snack tray.

I just can't find specifics...I am finding that 2006 is called the EX and now it is the LX. THey are both the "savvy" model. If it is wheel size, I would spend the extra, but if it is just that it is an "older" model with no differences then I want to go for the sale...THIS IS SO CONFUSING!

Thanks for all of your help,
Please keep the suggestions comin' LOL

I have the combi twin savvy (don't know which it is, but.....) mine has the cup holders (I think that's the big difference) and that is a GREAT THING!!! We use them for snacks etc. (you'll need that a bit later, but you'll be glad you have it!) and it's maneuverable and I love love love it! Totally recommend it!
