I am looking for a co-sleeper that attaches to the side of the bed. Has anyone seen them or used them before? I can only find the ones that look like bassinets but have a fold down side. What do other people use and suggestions.

We used the Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper (the Original model) and loved, loved, LOVED it! I can't say enough good things about this product. It was not cheap but I thought it was well worth it. If you are balking at the price, you can definitely find co-sleepers used on Craigslist or a similar site. Both babies slept in it together for the first 5-6 months or so (they were swaddled until they were 7 months so it was doable). First they slept in the top basinette portion and when they exceeded the weight limit for that, I converted it to a playard and they slept together in that for a couple more months. It was so wonderful because they were right next to my bed and I could just reach over and soothe, replace a paci, etc. They now sleep in separate cribs but we use the co-sleeper as a playard and keep it at Nana's house so they have a contained place to play when they're over there (we have a superyard at home).

Another vote here for the Arms Reach Original Cosleeper. I LOVED it & both babies slept in it and fit just fine up until I moved them to their crib at 4 or 5 months.

We had the same one, and loved it as well! The boys slept in it until they were almost 5 months old, then we moved them into their "big boy" cribs. We currently still use the cosleeper as a changing table downstairs, though I have to lay the boys down at an angle or their legs hang over the edge!

Another vote for the Arm's Reach. WOrked great, and now we use it as a playpen.
Watch walmart.com because sometimes they put them on sale. We got ours on sale. It was an odd color, but it ended up matching our room quite well.
