    Do you use them?

the twins use them when we are at home and at night, if we go out i put them in disposable so i dont have to carry a big dirty nappy around.

Tanya is way to little to fit into them yet so she is in disposable until she grows a little more.

I use them. disposables are RIDICULOUSLY expensive here. I use disposables only when going out and at night. All the kinds I use are pockets: Fuzzy Bunz, Happy Heiny's, Swaddlebees. But I am having trouble fitting MIa's chubby legs right now. The other perk is my nanny is the one who deals with washing them!! I didn't start on cloth until they were two months. I was in the US until then and plus they pooed sooooo much that disposables were easier.

I use cloth even though disposables are relatively cheap in the US. I chose cloth out of concern for the environment I'm passing down to my children and health concerns with the chemical content of disposable diapers. To me, the choice was obvious but all of my friends/family thought I had lost my mind. They've changed their tune now after seeing that it isn't the big ordeal they expected. One is actually considering using cloth when the baby she's expecting is born.

We were able to cloth diaper from birth as the boys were both in the 6# range. We're using prefolds & wraps and they work well for us.

I use disposables... hate the thought of having to wash the others MULTIPLE times during the day. My guys poop about 5 times each per day, not to mention their pee diapers, LOL

Cloth would be hard to keep up with.

oh my baby girl poops about 7 times a day, i couldnt imagine starting with cloth nappies now, i will wait until she grows out of newborn.

We dont have prefolded for the twins, we fold them ourself and use nappy liner to make it easier when it comes to washing.

I use them - for burp cloths! :D

Kudos to you that do though. I too had thought about it because of the environment and then took the easy way out.

We use cloth! We've got a mix of Fuzzi Bunz, Swaddlebees, and Bum Genius. We end up doing diaper laundry every other day. We really like the cloth better than disposables and it's really not that much extra work. We like that we don't have to be constanly carting home a ton of disposables and then hauling a huge stinky bag or two to the curb every week.

We used disposables for the first 3 weeks just 'cause we were in chaos. I do like to keep a few disposables in the diaper bag as a "backup" for the 2 cloth diapers we keep in the bag.
