cleaning chair in exersaucer/walker

My boys love being in their exersaucer and walker, but we have had a couple of spit ups and a lot of drooling in them. It is so hard to take the fabric chair piece out so I was wondering how I should clean them? Anyone know of some great fabric cleaner that is safe for kids?

 

You won't like this but the best way is to take the fabric off and wash it in the washing machine

You can spot clean it as long as you rinse it really well, they won't be chewing on it just sitting in it. My oldest ds was a huge spitter, everything we owned was spit up on. I just washed stuff with soapy water until it got bad enough to warrant taking it apart to throw in the washing machine! :lol:

Spot cleaning is okay for awhile, but if you want it really clean, you are going to have to take it off & wash it. I wouldn't trust most fabric cleaners with something my baby was going to be spending a lot of time in, only because they are not rinsed out so they have to leave a residue that could be irritating to baby skin.

i tend to wash those seat with baby lotion and moist cloth, i know it sounds mad, but it works a treat and smells lovely too

They are so tricky to take out that it would need to be seriously soiled for me to do it

 

Baby wipes to spot clean or toss it in the washer. Sorry
