I have twin boys. I am planning on getting a chalkboard + chalk, Lego Duplo building blocks, indoor toddler trampoline, Step2 Workbench or Kitchen, Wahoo Puppy sit on bouncing toys, and magnetic letters. We have a train table which they love. They turn 3 in February and I am considering an electronic toy, like the Leap Pad or VTech thingy then.

We are doing tricycles from Santa and an easel and paints from Mom and Dad. And a bunch of little things! They are crazy about blocks right now and we came across Wedgits and got them some of those as well. Most things aren't electronic this year (except a new night light) because they seem to be preferring toys that are imagination powered rather than battery powered.

For what it's worth, this is my boys' Amazon wishlist - http://amzn.com/w/1TKC52PBO1VXT
We'll probably also be getting them pedal bikes since they are so good at their balance bikes. They will be three in February.

Last year the big hits for DS were his imaginarium train table and random cars (matchbox and Cars). He loves the little people carry castle that I found at Kohls too... he carries everything in there. Play food/dishes are still a huge hit, as well as Imaginext vehicles (he's getting playsets this year).
