    Hi everyone,

I've been doing a ton on research on car seats and I really like the Chicco keyfit 30 for my twins, but my only concern is how it will fit with the double snap-n-go. I know the snap-n-go official instructions say it does not work with Chicco car seats, but I have seen two posts from women in the forum who said that if you take out all the bars they fit pretty well. If you have chicco cars seats with the snap-n-go, can you tell me how you made it work and if you have any pictures, would you be able to show me? I'm so worried I'll get the install wrong...
    Many thanks!!!

We wanted to get these because they work until the babies are 30lbs, but they do not fit in the DSNG. I called Baby Trend (the maker of the DSNG) and went to BRU to try it myself, and they don't "snap" in, they just rested on top of the bars, which didn't feel secure. We ended up getting the new Graco Snugfit 32 seats, which can take babies up to 32lbs and 32 inches and these do work with the DSNG. They were like $150 each at BRU, but we used coupons and the twin discount and got them for $115 each.

I tried to get my Keyfits to work with the snap and go and I wasn't able to get a tight fit. While I won't take my stroller off roading, it didn't hold them tight enough to go over a bump in the sidewalk without rocking. I ended up returning the snap and go and I bought a Kolcraft Contours. I had to order a second bracket online but I love the stroller.
Here's a pic of my setup:

I actually have them in there right now. I put the babies in there sometimes durring the day to sleep. They fit well Ill see if I can get a pic on tonight. But if you take out all the bars you can and put the back one in first then the front one and strap them in with the buckle .... WORKS GREAT. GL :p

Hi Danielle, if you don't mind sending a pic when you have a chance that would be so helpful! It's just confusing because it seems to work for some people but not others, so seeing it work well with someone will be reassuring!

Mamasky--your Kolocraft looks amazing, I love it! Ididn't even know it existed! I'll do some research on it but it looks adorable. And your babies are super cute!

Last year I got the Graco SafeSeats and they fit into the DSNG... one thing we figured out after about 6 months was that we were able to put the seats facing each other, so their feet are together... it gave the babies much more room and we are still, at 9 months and 17 pounds each in the DSNG stroller! That doesn't really help you if you want the Chicco seats... but thought I'd share anyway.

I used 2 Chiccos in my DSNG, and I actually put the front seat in first, and then put the front of the second seat right under the edge of the front seat ad it fir right in (with no bars installed) I thought it was vey secre and never worried about them not being secure. I would reccomend the Contours though, and although i didn't know you could fit 2 Chiccos in it, PP said she has 2 in hers. Th nice thing about it is it can function as your SNG, and then it can still be used for a regular stroller so you don't have to buy something else. I bought for my twins because it was the only stroller with 2 seats that fully reclined
for infants, so if I was going to be out for a while I could take them out of their carriers and they were much happier. I already had the DSNG, but I could have saved $100 by jus buying the Contours. The cons are it is big and heavy with the stroller seats on, but handles great and has lots of storage. It also has no snack trays for the babies, which now that my twins are almost a year I foundvery inconvienient. Also, if you get one they will most likely tell you that you have to remove 1 seat to fold the stroller. We discovered if you have the seats facing each other and fully upright, you can fold and lock the stroller wit both seats still on. I loved the stroller, but just sold it and got the big Joovy sit and stand for my 1 yr old twins and 2 1/2 yr old ODD. I love it too!!
