In the past week or so, the girls have started to change. In a good way too!!

First, they are becoming more predictable. This is good since they start childcare tomorrow. The lady taking them is super excited about having them. She certified through the county, has the house set up for childcare including a bedroom made into a nursery. She is only charging $150/wk for both girls, plus taking Emily in the morning (will take in afternoon if I can find a way for her to get there). One of the mom's in her class is taking her to school. So we are excited about it! It will be ALOT less stressful than having MIL/mom doing it. Ashame cause that was free, but I needed to work when I need to work...not when it was convient for them to babysit.

Carlie giggles now. It is so funny! :rotflmbo: She is totally in love with her Daddy and thinks he is a laughing riot! We get such a kick out of it. However, daddy is spoiling her by holding her all the time and now she will fall sleep in someone's arms, but wake when put down. So we are trying to get her away from that and to fall asleep on her own more.

Claire is starting to try and roll over. She gets to her side, but hasn't gone all the way yet (back to front). She has also started "talking and cooing" It is soo cute. She is quite the gabber.

Needless to say, the girls are becoming more fun! Claire is 100% over her colic now. I just wish Carlie's AR would disappear...that is the only downfall besides both catnapping during the day and taking only one good nap. I think that will get tackled too though.

That is great news! 4-6 months has really been a pleasure (minus the crazy napping issues), but other than that, I love this age!

OK, please tell me you mean $150 per each child, or I may have to pack up and move to Ohio. If it's $150 for both girls, that's an unbelievable deal, and I'm beyond jealous!!

Yay, that's great news! I bet they'll start napping better soon too. 12-16 wks corrected age is when daytime naps really improve. So you'll have even more good news to share soon! :)

What a great note about your girls. THANK YOU for sharing!!

$150 - HOLY COW!! That is amazing. I checked into daycare (for curiosity sake) and it would have been close to $400 for my girls. Can you imagine?

It is so encouraging to hear that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and this gets more fun! Glad to hear your girls are doing well :) Wish I could find child care for that price -- you are really lucky!

$150 a week, Please tell me that is not full time. Ours go to daycare for one day, yes ONE DAY per week, and we pay $153.90 for that one day. Insane. We are looking for a nanny right now but now a whole lot of luck yet.

    Wonderful news!!

I hope the childcare goes well! It will be an adjustment but I'm sure it will work out!

Oh, and I only pay $150 for the both of my girls a week too. Of course it's under the table to my cousin!
