cervix became twice short

    I am 30 weeks 2 days
    and had my MFM u/s in the morning and they chekc the cerviz and it is now 2.2 cm instead of 3.2cm how it was 3 weeks ago.
    I had NST to make sure that I don't have any contractions. and look like I have NONE. but they make me nervous. They called my OB and left a message. I hope OB will give me a call back this afternoon.

    Should I worried? I feel baby A is pushing a lot on the cervix but I cannot do anything with that.

    Please advice.

    Are you on any kind of bedrest or modified bedrest? I think I'd definitely take it very easy until you get a call back from the OB.

    Nope no bedrest at all.
    I am still working and today actually my first day when I am working from home full time.

    My OB didn't call yet.

    Nurse from OB office called and said that need to increase my rest time and they will see me on Friday.

    I would take it very easy. :hug: You don't want your cervix to get any smaller.
