car chip install question

Hi,
Has anyone install a chip engine upgrade on V6 gas engine.
There so many out there and the prices are up and down for the same part. pros and cons.

 

I had a similar setup and ran into some weird idle issues after the install. Turned out the wires weren't seated fully, even though they looked fine. Double-checked everything and that sorted it.
