Car accident

When I got back from taking my dd to the doctor, I found my husband still at home working in the study. He said he was on his way to work. Noticing that it was lunch time I told him to stay and have lunch first before heading to work. Of course 'he didnt have the time' so he grabbed some leftovers in the refrigerator and headed out. Not long afterwards he comes back and tells me he was just in a car accident! :blink:
Says the car went under this truck (a big truck) and that our car is a right off!
He seems fine. He headed out with his insurance to give to the guy he hit! The accident took place right outside our home..just a few streets up.

Thankfully we still have his car...I just pray the insurance will cover this! As this could possibly suck most of our money this month!!

Just before thanksgiving too...I feel like crying...

I'm glad your husband is ok!!! :hug: They do say that most accidents occur close to home. I hope it all works out for ya'll.

I always think of the what if's...what if he would have stayed and had lunch-would he have got in that accident? I know that doesnt help things-I am just weird!
Anyway, I am so glad he is okay and you have insurance, but yes paying deductables right now is not good timing.
