Well I started contracting again even with the meds so my dr wanted me to come in for monitoring. Well I'm now dialated at 3 1/2 cm. I'm being held over night and then I guess they'll figure out what we'll do tomorrow.

I'm bummed and hoping to god I don't have to go back on the Magnesium Sulfate. Luckily my son didn't have school tomorrow so he's staying the night with my MIL.

  3. Hopefully you wont have to go back on the mag.. isnt it awful. Is your blood pressure pretty high? I always heard that was why they gave the mag instead of the breathine. Anyhoo.. good luck tomorrow sweetie. hope for the best!

Thanks for the thoughts. I'm just bugged that I'm doing this again.
I'm blood pressure is fine and I am on the breathine, it just makes my pulse go waaaayyy high. I'm just glad I'm not on Mag (knock on wood) so I got some sleep and my appetite is really good. Haven't seen my dr yet so not sure what they want to do, my contractions have really spaced out though.

I wish that my laptop worked here, I'm using my sidekick phone for internet which doesn't get very good signal, but I'm glad it kinda works!

I'm sorry your still going through this! It must be awfully frustrating!
Just a thought...I work in a birthing pavillion and we make available ethernet cords and jacks if patients computers aren't wireless. We also have a laptop for patients to use. If you haven't checked into it, you should check with your nurse....

    best of luck sweetie!!

    Well, I'm out again.
This hospital is so small that they don't offer anything in terms of computers or communication.
My Dr said that I'll probably be in and out over the next couple of weeks with the way my body is acting and that I do need to come in when I contract like that because I need to have an IV which helps space them out a lot, even though I drink a lot of fluids. I'm really really really hoping that I don't contract like that again (every 6 min) this weekend though because my Dr said he's out of town and is the only Dr that is comfortable with handling twin pregnancies. In fact if I come in during the weekend they will put me in a helicopter to Lubbock Tx. Really don't want this to happen because if they handle me the same way that my dr does, I'll be discharged shortly after being put in. Besides if later I really do need to be transported by helicopter, my insurance will probably have a fit about paying for two helicopter rides!

Sorry if this is long, but I have all this going on through my mind and still trying to be a good mom and stay in bed.
