Can you tell who is who? ( Pics and poll)

Hi,

Well apparently my babies look exactly alike and it is soooo difficult to tell them apart. Well I dont think so but thats what I've been told. DH even got confused and thought he had been feeding Thomas until he went to change the diaper and realized it was Faith. Of course it was MY fault because I put her on the wrong side of the crib. Also whenever I tell people they are a boy and a girl they always say oh so that ones the boy and point to my DD even when she is in pink or oh so that ones the girl and point to my DS even though he is is blue. So I'm just curious if its just me or if it really is that difficult to tell.

Here are a couple pictures of them the first was taken 11/12 the day they were born. And the second was taken today 1/9.

I think they look similar, but not identical. But it's hard to judge from just 2 photos.

People are just stupid. I have my girls all in pink and riding in a pink stroller. I get asked if they are both boys! I met a twin mommy today with b/g. Her kids look complete opposite (dark boy, fair girl) and she still gets asked if they are identical.

Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that you SHOULD switch their positions in the crib frequently. Especially if they like to face each other. It helps with neck development and avoiding flat heads.

 

They look quite similar but they have diffent head shapes. In a sleep fog even my two look identical

 

Well, once they grow some hair, you'll be able to style it differently and you won't have to explain anymore!
If you put a barrette in Faith's hair and DH still can't tell them apart, then I'd say you have a problem!

 

I can see the differences. I must admitt it took us a little while to be able to tell the boys apart. They look NOTHING alike even in their newborn pictures, but remembering who had which feature took some time. The good news for you is that you will always be able to double check with a quick look in the diaper.

 

So... what is the correct answer.

Thank you ladies. I guess they do look more alike than I thought. Although I can guarantee you they are not identical.

Okay The first picture the majority were incorrect Faith is on the left and Thomas is on the right. But then oddly the majority of you were correct on the second picture Thomas on the right in Blue and Faith on the left in yellow. If you would like to see more pics please click here . BTW I'm curious how you based your decisions.
