Can you share your BPM's?

Hello! I'm 7.5 weeks along and my FHR's are as follows (so far):

6.5 Weeks - Baby A = 130 BPM; Baby B = 114 BPM

7 Weeks - Baby A = 128 BPM; Baby B = 123 BPM

That's all I Have so far, next week I go in for my 8 week appointment, but should I be worried about these lower BPM's? Shouldn't they have gone up more from 6.5 weeks to 7 weeks? I know the "normal" range is between 120 & 160 BPM but mine are just so low it scares me...

 

My babies have not fluctuated from week 7. They have hovered right around 150. I think it's normal for them to stay the same anywhere in that spectrum. Don't worry, your doc would let you know if something was up I'm sure.

 

At my last ultrasound, October 1st. Baby A my girls heart rate was 138bpm and Baby B my boys was 147bpm. I think that if your doctor was concerned that the heart rates were low than he would have said something. I wouldn't worry.

At my 8 wk appt the heart rates were at 123 and 126. Today, at 16 wks, they are 147 and 176. I thought that seemed high but the tech admitted that they can sometimes get too close to the heart to measure and the numbers can be distorted, especially early on. So it seems unless they are way out of the ballpark they are not that concerned. Still, we always worry.

 

Thank you all, that makes me feel better! My 8 week appointment is next week so hopefully they will go up or at least stay within the "normal" range!

 

Yeah, they do sound fine at this point to me.

 

At 10 weeks my babies heart rates were 171, & 168.

 

My boys have always hovered right around 148, sometimes a bit higher or lower.

 

I worried alot because one of my babies heartrates was always much lower. The tech told me not to worry because its just that that baby is sleeping when we do the tests and the others were more active. The last check both were awake and rates were both fairly close.

 

mine are in my signature. I think ur bpms are just fine. it varies with every pregnancy.

 

Baby A for me is 159 and Baby B is 164. They've been around there at every appt so far.

mine every week have been a ten point differance, I am at 12w6d and they are still the same. both of mine are on the lower side as well!

 

When baby is relaxing or sleeping their heart rate will go down just a bit (just like us, when we are resting it goes down), when baby is active and alert the heart rate goes up.
