My dd is getting 4 teeth at once including 2 molars, and she has a major drool rash around her mouth. It looks like a bunch of little angry red bumps. I want to find a cream to put around it, preferably something without petrolatum because I tried Vaseline and Gentle Naturals Excema Cream and they both seemed to make the bumps worse. On Dr. Sears they recommended something called Soothe and Heal with Lansinoh. I haven't been able to find that online. Does anyone know where I could find it? Or is there another cream you can recommend? Thanks so much.

I have had tremendous luck with California Baby Calendula Cream. I tried them all last year. DD is a thumb sucker and must get too must moisture around her mouth when she sleeps. This stuff has worked wonders. We bought it at Whole Foods, but they sell it online:

We tried a lot for that and nothing really cleared it up completely. We went through about 2 months straight of a paci rash I and think he was just cutting A LOT of teeth at the time. It all of a sudden just stopped and cleared up.l

    Aquaphor/Eucerin helped a bit.

Changed Pacis to some new ones Nuby has(bugs on them) that are really open and no way for moisture to build up.

Aquaphor or lanolin cream (lansinoh in the purple tube at Target). It will create a barrier that will keep the moisture out. HTH :)
