Any casseroles or things like that that I could make for them?

I'm glad you posted this. I'm always looking for new ideas to try with my kids. Here's my "chili" recipe (which my kids really like):

1 pound of ground beef or ground turkey
    1 can spaghetti sauce
1 can kidney beans (I often put in 2 cans because my kids like kidney beans)

Start by cooking the meat in a frying pan, cook on medium heat until all cooked (maybe 5 minutes), then drain off the excess water/grease. Add the spaghetti sauce and kidney beans, simmer for 20 minutes.

Also, you can throw in some frozen corn if you want. And you can freeze the extras.

My sister is in town and made some spinach balls with the girls and it's a HUGE hit. They can help make them, you can freeze them, and they gobble them up. I don't have the exact amounts with me at work, but I can send it later. It's basically frozen spinach, butter, bread crumbs/stuffing mix, egg, and cheese. You mix it all together and them make little balls and bake it for ten minutes. They can't get enough of them and are so proud they helped to make them.

salmon - season with lemon pepper and dill, bake - my girls devour this and we have it once a week at least

The Bisquick cheeseburger pie recipe (I'm sure it can be found online). My children also devour this.

Do you go to Costco? My girls love their ready to bake chicken alfredo and also this new frozen lemon artichoke chicken ravioli thing they have.
